Web-based instrument
360 Reflect is a web-based 360-degree feedback instrument that runs off our www.survey-online.com survey platform and requires no software installation. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Where survey respondents do not have access to the internet, hard-copy survey questionnaires can be used. Reports are available online from the moment data is submitted, while hardcopy reports can be produced at the click of a button by anyone with approved access.
Standard 360-degree feedback questionnaire
For those wanting a cost-effective standardised questionnaire, we offer our generic 360-Degree Feedback instrument. This questionnaire includes generic competencies/behaviours and is based on JRA’ experience working with a variety of organisations over many years. It provides a solution for those organisations wanting to trial the 360-degree feedback process, having a small number of participants, or who simply feel this standardised questionnaire meets their needs adequately. It can also be a useful start point for organisations wanting to develop their own customised instrument. This option also enables you to benchmark participant results against normative data from our ‘all organisations’ database.
Customise the questionnaire
360 Reflect is completely flexible, and allows you to include the competencies, capabilities, behaviours, rating scales, free-text questions, etc of your choice. The number of respondent groups is also fully customisable. Standard groupings include Self Assessment, Manager/Team Leader, Reporting Staff, Colleague/Peers, Others, External Customers. You can include as many or as few of these as you like, or add other groups of your choice. You can further customise the instrument by adding your own company logo, corporate colours and introduction section.
Data collection
Respondents can complete survey questionnaires online via an internet connection, using hardcopy questionnaires if internet access is not available, or a combination of both.
Comprehensive online reporting/hardcopy reports
A comprehensive suite of online reports is available, which can be printed to hardcopy at the click of a button. These reports – which can be access from anywhere an internet connection is available - include:
- Response rate chart indicating the number invited/responded for each respondent group
- ‘Big picture’ overview via a Radar Chart comparison displaying Self Assessment, an aggregate of all other respondents, and the norm for the organisation
- Summary by competency, and analysis of behaviours within competencies, with distribution of responses across the rating scale displayed
- Comparison of feedback from different respondent groups (Self Assessment, Manager/Team Leader, Reporting Staff, etc.) by competency and individual
- High/Low rated behaviours and competencies
- Blind-Spots displaying over- and under-rated behaviours via a comparison of Self Assessment with an aggregate of all other respondents
- Verbatim comments (where these are included in your questionnaire), adding ‘context’ to the quantitative ratings included elsewhere in the report
- Print comprehensive reports with a single click

Online viewing rights
Access rights can be set to view online reports. This is important where, for example, the manager of a participant needs to view the report prior to the participant receiving it. Similarly, HR or the CEO might want access to all participant reports.
Personal Development Guide
A comprehensive workbook is available to guide participants through the analysis of their results and the development of their personal action plans.
Consolidated group reports
We can provide consolidated reports that combine the results for specific teams or a selection of respondents. This report can be very useful in identifying generic areas for team development.
Confidentiality
As for all survey-online.com products, confidentiality of data is fully guaranteed.
