• The number of participants involved in the programme
• The number of job-families involved (e.g. you might have one set of competencies for the Board of Directors, one for the Senior Executive Group, and another for all other Team Leaders)
• Whether yours is an initial programme (which would involve one-off setup costs), or a repeat of an earlier one
• Whether process support is required
