The 'Basic Survey' is the entry-level survey package that gives your organisation access to some powerful tools for data collection and analysis. The Basic Survey includes:

• A web link to the survey, and instructions on how to distribute it amongst employees
• Access to a powerful and comprehensive suite of online reports to aid analysis of survey results

Demographic Reporting - add your own organisation-specific demographics to allow you to drill down and examine your results in more detail, e.g., by department, location, gender, age, tenure, etc. You can also 'cross tab' and 'roll up' demographic groups yourself using our unique Cross Tab Wizard.

Trend your results against a previous survey.

Key Driver Analysis - gain greater insight into your survey results, to discover the key drivers of employee engagement and performance improvement in YOUR organisation.

Option 6

Detailed Survey Report & Analysis (incl Option 5) - this is our most comprehensive survey reporting package. In addition to Key Driver Analysis (Option 5), the Detailed Survey Report includes demographic, benchmark, trend, and comments analysis where applicable. Find out what drives engagement in your employees, and which differences in scores are significant.

Option 7

Summary Report & One-on-One Consultation - an experienced JRA consultant will help put your results in context by conducting a full debrief of your survey results with you. We can help make you the expert on your survey results, prepare you for a management team or employee presentation or provide advice on the post-survey process, depending on your needs.

Option 8

Presentation to Senior Management Team - a senior JRA consultant will present your organisation's survey results to your Senior Management Team. Experienced and knowledgeable, we can help interpret your results and answer the hard questions. Highly recommended for organisations taking Key Driver Analysis or the Detailed Survey Report.
