Why run an employee engagement survey?

- The JRA Best Workplaces Survey is not just about finding Australia’s Best Workplaces in Aged Care - it's also about the desire to become a great place to work. The large majority of organisations that will take part in the survey will not participate because they think they might win an Award. They will participate simply because having a great workplace is a worthy goal, and an excellent way of attracting and retaining talent. Engaged employees are more loyal, committed, and perform to higher levels.
- Your results and ranking are NOT made public if your organisation does not make the finalist list. If you are a finalist, permission will be sought to make public selected data.

- Every organisation that participates in the JRA Best Workplaces in Aged Care Survey completes the same set of 60 questions. This allows us to compare organisations as places to work, as rated by their employees. This also means we can offer organisations that participate in the survey the option to benchmark their results directly against all other organisations who participate.

How often can I undertake the survey, & can I trend my results?
- You can undertake the survey as often as you like, whenever you like
- Where the survey is repeated, the option of online trending of your results against previous surveys will be available

- Data is collected and hosted on our secure servers protected by SSL encryption
- Information collected is confidential and your data will be disclosed only to your organisation. If you are a JRA Best Workplaces in Aged Care finalist or winner, we will seek prior permission from you for any information that might be used to promote your win and the Awards.
