Option 4: Online Trending
If your organisation intends to act on your customer feedback, you'll want to be able to measure your improvement on a regular basis, and not just have one year-long survey running. If you take our online trending option, we will create a fresh survey for you every second month, quarter, or half-year, and give you the ability to trend your current data against previous periods.
For example, if you take quarterly trending, we will set up a fresh survey for you every three months, and you will be able to compare Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 results against each other as the year progresses.
