How do our clients rate JRA?

Customer service is something we take very seriously at JRA - if we're going to promote a product like our Customer Feedback Survey focust, we need to practice what we preach!

Because we regard our ‘point of difference’ as being ‘high quality, low cost, great service and support’, it’s critical that we monitor – on a regular basis – whether our clients agree! At the end of each assignment therefore we invite clients to give us their feedback – what they like, and importantly what they think we could do better. We do this each month, and then consolidate this to provide quarter-to-quarter trending. In our latest survey (Quarter 2, 2007) we had 37 of our clients provide us feedback (an 82% response rate) and we are very pleased with the results:


All of our clients said they would recommend us to others, that they would use us again and that they felt the service represents good value! As well as this, 94.6% of our clients were satisfied with our products & service. We are very pleased with these results as they are the highest we have achieved since starting our client feedback process at the end of 2005. We believe these results are a reflection of the hard work we put in to ensuring our products and service meet and exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.


However we are still determined to do better! We have gone through all our client feedback, taken each suggestion/comment on board and provided our response to each issue raised. To view our responses to our client feedback, please click here.
